I'm beginning to love baking more than I love cooking. Cooking is kind of like art, you can do a lot of stuff to it but there's a chance that you won't mess it up. Baking is completely different. I love how disparate ingredients come together to make something completely new. It's so precise, like science.

I like using cookbooks cause it feels funner. haha.
I agree on the spices. But i always make sure i follow the directions when it comes to the flour egg milk and sugar and stuff. All the pie crusts I ever made came out dry... |
