I'm beginning to love baking more than I love cooking. Cooking is kind of like art, you can do a lot of stuff to it but there's a chance that you won't mess it up. Baking is completely different. I love how disparate ingredients come together to make something completely new. It's so precise, like science.

hi-c do you ever make your own baking recipes?
With cooking its fun to make your own stuff and spices but when you bake theres a larger chance youll mess up. Do you use a cook book when you bake? |
