I'm beginning to love baking more than I love cooking. Cooking is kind of like art, you can do a lot of stuff to it but there's a chance that you won't mess it up. Baking is completely different. I love how disparate ingredients come together to make something completely new. It's so precise, like science.

Baking reminds me too much of my chemistry class, and cooking has more leeway for creativity and won't screw you over if you're off by a bit, from my experience.
