I'm beginning to love baking more than I love cooking. Cooking is kind of like art, you can do a lot of stuff to it but there's a chance that you won't mess it up. Baking is completely different. I love how disparate ingredients come together to make something completely new. It's so precise, like science.

Prob the hardest thing ive ever made was an angel cake.
Cause it had to bake for like a day on an extremely low temp. But it was amazing! |
