I'm beginning to love baking more than I love cooking. Cooking is kind of like art, you can do a lot of stuff to it but there's a chance that you won't mess it up. Baking is completely different. I love how disparate ingredients come together to make something completely new. It's so precise, like science.

Oh man I love baking. I used to bake a lot in high school because I would give my friends cakes, cupcakes, & cookies.
I haven't baked in a while though. I miss it.  I have this baking book that has some interesting looking sweets.
