I'm beginning to love baking more than I love cooking. Cooking is kind of like art, you can do a lot of stuff to it but there's a chance that you won't mess it up. Baking is completely different. I love how disparate ingredients come together to make something completely new. It's so precise, like science.

Probably cookies with a friend a year... I don't bake on my own anymore because I've had experiences where everything ended up tasting like flour.
 It really is a lot of fun though!
