To those of you that have your own apartment....how is it and what are some of the struggles that you have had to and still do deal with?

Yeah like i know that the location is right next to the subway and lightrail systems, and cabs are always a quick call away so that is not a problem. I am just ready to have something on my own ya know. I am at the point where the aunt is starting to get to me.

Yeah like i know that the location is right next to the subway and lightrail systems, and cabs are always a quick call away so that is not a problem. I am just ready to have something on my own ya know. I am at the point where the aunt is starting to get to me. Well make sure you have no less than 6 paycheck stubs because they're gonna wanna know your income history, make sure your credit is good, and make sure you have double sometimes triple the amount of the first bill (if monthly rent is 400, make sure you have $1200 to put down) |
