She deadlifts wayyyy too horizontally so she doesn't get great hip drive or posterior chain recruitment (you're supposed to lean back and up to get the hamstrings in), she doesn't squat very deep, and the weight isn't heavy to begin with.

Also, it looks like she's wearing padded sneakers, when the padding diminishes the ability for the leg musculature to contract in response to the pressure on the soles, the extensor reflex. And the high arch also alters the proper recruitment pattern. Barefoot is exactly what good weightlifting shoes imitate, like the ones made by SAFE USA that Tom Platz sported, or a good pair of Chuck Taylors: little padding to avoid the delay of pressure transmission.

Some Olympic lifters will use squat shoes that arch the heel so the quads get more emphasis (since Olympic squats are narrower than powerlifting squats), but regular old running shoes are no good.

Why did it say "front squat" in the beginning? She didn't do a single front squat.

Finally, those pants are hideous.
