ahh >.< Just looking at it makes it look like all I did was up the saturation... :3 I did the eyes alot. I made the whites whiter. I gave her cheeks a reddish tone. I changed her eye color. I removed her piercings. I removed a alot of pimples. I removed the background cuz it was ugly ... :3 I smoothed her skin a bit... I'm not sure if it's noticeable..

i think you overdid it with the levels
..like everyone else said the smudging and blurring was way too visible.
i'm sure you could have fixed her blemishes without turning her so red.

Er maybe cover up the vein she has by her left eyebrow?

-i can see what you did with the whites of her eyes, but i don't really like it. it think it's too much of a solid white
-the reddish tone does not work.
-you probably did remove a lot of pimples. her skins still looks nasty though and her skin doesn't look smoothed :\
