ahh >.< Just looking at it makes it look like all I did was up the saturation... :3 I did the eyes alot. I made the whites whiter. I gave her cheeks a reddish tone. I changed her eye color. I removed her piercings. I removed a alot of pimples. I removed the background cuz it was ugly ... :3 I smoothed her skin a bit... I'm not sure if it's noticeable..

No offense, you made the picture worse, making it look like she has rosacea, bleached hair, the purpose of a retouch is to remove blemishes, and fix the lighting, maybe to smooth the skin, hide subtle details behind more eye popping changes. Work on it a bit.

Agreed. ermm.gif If you fix the lighting, and smooth the entire face nicely, I think it'll look a little better. The smudging around the eyes is too obvious... it looks like she has semi-healing black eyes :(
