Do they annoy anyone else? It's not so much the fact that they exist, but the fact that most of them are completely open. If you're going to make a "gimme your phone numbers" group, you'd at least make it a private group, right?

I always hate putting my number on the wall of the group... it's like an open ticket for anyone in the group to text/call me. There are just certain people I don't want having my number.
I usually end up waiting for the person to straight up ask me for my number again. |
