Help on a band layout!, A mysterious problem.. Options

I'm helping out with a band myspace layout, but there is a mysterious issue that I cannot fix.
Please help if you can!

I cannot scroll the page, except for a teeny tiny bit, and there is a white bar about an inch tall on the bottom of the profile. It has myspace links on it such as About, FAQ, Terms, etc.

I used the same structure for the codes as my own person myspace layout, which works fine, so I really don't know why it would be doing that.
