Do you consider phone sex to be cheating... if the two people involved do have feelings for one another but one still loves his girlfriend?

I think in that situation it would count as cheating becuase your still wanting to have some type of pleasure with another woman,
i think the girl would feel betrayed knowing that her Boyfriend is secretly cheating on her |
