If he felt that the relationship wasn't going anywhere... was it? How long were you guys going out the first time? If it was more than 3 months, and you guys barely hung out or talked, then it really isn't going anywhere. Generally gay/lesbian relationships move faster than straight ones, that's just what I've experienced. As far as what you should do, just make the right decision, if you feel like you don't want anything to do with this guy anymore, just tell him that you're no longer interested in a relationship with him, and you two should probably go separate ways. If you're still interested in him, give the relationship a second chance and see how that works out for you.
