okay idk whats going on but when i was spraying water on the side of my house to rduce the amount of sun absorbed so the house wouldnt get so hot, i noticed that there was this sheen in the water, a sort of rainbow color. i know polution is an issue and dumping and stuff, but wtf is it getting into our water supply or something? this wasn't happening to me a decade ago and i dont know how long its been going on but something is seriously wrong if we have some metalic type substance or chemical in our water due to irresponsible companies.

Okay apparently you're lacking in the comprehension department. Take a look at the pictures you posted and try to understand that it shows an early, middle, and later stage. Got it? Okay so in eight years, what have you built? Is your gut bulging with veins and cellulite?

I'm planning to cut down to 9-10% BF |
