okay idk whats going on but when i was spraying water on the side of my house to rduce the amount of sun absorbed so the house wouldnt get so hot, i noticed that there was this sheen in the water, a sort of rainbow color. i know polution is an issue and dumping and stuff, but wtf is it getting into our water supply or something? this wasn't happening to me a decade ago and i dont know how long its been going on but something is seriously wrong if we have some metalic type substance or chemical in our water due to irresponsible companies.

yeah but how long have you been going at this? Shouldn't you at least be at the middle stage by now? Either way, you're fat and 15-16% is bullshit.

I've been bodybuilding for 8 years... what exactly is a middle stage? lol There's no set limit until I'm finally pleased with my physique and just maintain it or just go for strength building only. I'll give you my "middle stage" when I'm about 50 years old lol I have a nutritionist... I take his word for it.
