Seems that everytime I talk about girls..she seems like she is interested but, I think she would rather not hear it. I mean I like her as a friend and shes great to hang with but, I wouldn't ever date her. Should I be up front or wait till she says something to me and say something then???

keep acting natural, and just hang out as friends. I think u should wait until she says something, cuz it may just blow over....and when and if she does, do'nt say anything about 'never going to date her', anything along those lines, cuz that would really hurt...
