• I would change the colors completely
• the corners on the banner thing aren't rounded.. so they don't look good imo.
• the nav-links font and the "we-fuze.com" font in the header needs anti-aliasing... BIG TIME.
• would definitely make the colors better :3 but i already said that.
• I don't like the checker thing, but if you made all the blocks a different color I think it would look kinda good.

I hope that wasn't too mean.... if so, you can just follow the critique below
