Bottom Links Peek Thru DIV Layout Options

I have a DIV layout and most of my slices and DIV boxes are transparent and for some reason I cant get the bottom links to disappear or at least move to the bottom of the page. If I use any standard "Hide Bottom Links" code it messes with my DIV Boxes also. Can anyone help? You guys figured out my other problem and when this problem showed I thought I could figure it out by myself.
