DIV Layout Boxes, My DIV Boxes and Text Wont Show! Options

I coded my DIV and thought I had everything going perfectly until I tried to put in my DIV boxes for my content to go into and they arent showing! It seems as tho the text is there but almost behind my table; if that makes sense?

You can see where I have my basic info about myself started and thats where my DIV box is supposed to go.
