I've never actually gone through it but I have had to go to a lawyer for a client because they we're trademarking their business logo, website, etc.
So every person I've ever had to deal with getting things trademarked and registered they've gone through a lawyer. Not sure how old you are, but if your under 18 I really wouldn't bother. Our minds change over time and we like other things better and we grow out of things and it would be a waste of money to trademark something that you may not want later. I've seen that you can do it online for some fee though. Not sure how that goes but it can't be that hard. |
