Two problems: div positioning and scroll boxes Options

I have two problems, and I have looked int he resolved topics but am still stuck.

The layout I'm using is on the left, and I would like to shift it over to the centre.
I've tried using the code suggested in this resolved problem but I can't find in my code the height and width to put in.

Also, at the bottom of my page, there should be two scrollboxes containing banners. They're not showing though. I've looked for the code below to remove, but can't see it. Either it's coded differently or I'm useless.

<i><b>You write your own music. Do you have a band?</b><br />
I do actually. I play whenever I’m not acting. The band is called 100 monkeys.<br /><br />

<b>What instruments do you play?</b><br />
Mainly guitar, keys, bass. We switch it up though so I play the mandolin and the banjo too. It’s mostly blues and southern rock...very contemporized though! It’s so much fun! It’s a 3 man band but we all switch instruments and we all sing. Lots of harmonies etc...we just love playing together!</i><br /><br />
