Valentine's Day Options

Even though love layouts aren't really my favorite (mostly because I find the majority of them to be a little cheesy), I decided I'd throw one together in the spirit of Valentine's day. Not only that, but the bulk of my site's visitors are typical teenage girls, and they eat this kind of thing up.

The shadow is pretty dark, but that's just because I originally had a background color too close to the paper, so there had to be some sort of noticeable separation. I'll see if I could less it now that I made the background darker.

&& The effect on the image, all I did was smooth out the skin, sharpen a few areas, and add some contrast. Then I put a black background behind them and lowered the opactity.
