how long have you abstained from whatever you're trying to abstain from?
alcohol-free: 2 days cigarette-free: 98 days weed-free: 2 days chocolate-free: 12 hrs :( last skipped class: 9am 2/10  i just couldn't wake upi'm working on staying sober for the rest of the semester and not blowing off my classes. it's a work in progress. |

Alcohol free- 3 days
Cigarette free- Dayum, I haven't smoked an entire cig in god knows how long. I had a drag of one on Friday because I was drunk, but no more than that. Weed free- LOL, 20 minutes? About to smoke a bowl anywayyy, I  only having 1 class on Tuesdays.Chocolate free- f*ck it's been awhile for that too. Probably a few months. Last skipped class- Friday. It was Spanish and I had no desire to go. |
