Damn i've got quite a few but I'd have to say Nas.
He's an amazing rapper and he's always been consistent with his stuff. |

favorite is infused with personal opinion. best is at least attempting to step back, look at the game, and evaluate various things. well, to me anyway. best and favorite aren't synonyms. there is no science, but i think if you have enough knowledge about the genre then you are able to step back and make real comparisons that aren't solely based on your personal taste. i am willing to call good music good, even when i don't love it. i don't think all music that doesn't appeal to my personal taste is bad music.
imo, kanye is not the best rapper, i think that is fairly obvious to people who know what they are talking about  he's my favorite though. i  dat
