First off, I'm high so you'll have to excuse my spelling, grammar, and general coherence of my sentences. (Or lack of judgment.)
Second, I'd like to apologize for making an ass of myself on these forums over the past few years. I am an asshat. I apologize sincerely. Next, I'd like to explain to you my predicament. I'm currently attending a community college here. I've applied to transfer to a certain college which I am very fond of. If I get in, I'll be 20 minutes from Chicago. However, there is always a chance of me being denied from that college. If I don't get in, I plan on moving to a bigger city and study there at the community college nearby and go transfer to a school close to my city. Now let me explain to you why I need to go to a bigger city. I think living in this small town here has retarded my learning abilities and dulled down my sense of realistic judgment and thinking skills. I feel like I haven't been able to "experience" my life as a young adult. The form of entertainment here is going to the theater every friday. There is nothing here. So I feel I should move to a bigger city and learn how to be independent. At this point, I know I can't take care of myself. I know I'm spoiled and retarded. I want to learn how to handle responsibilities and to basically "be a man." If I can't take care of myself, how am I going to take care of my future wife/son/daughters? So anyways, I've been blessed with parents who have been very kind (and patient) to allow me to keep the car that they've been putting payments on! They are even willing to pay for a couple months of rent until I get situated. So my question to you all is this: 1)Will you forgive me? 2)Can you recommend me some big cities that have many many forms of entertainment and attraction? (i.e museums, art galleries, parks, zoos, aquariums, etc. etc.) 3)For those of you living in those cities, how is it like? Are there many "date places"? (I want to try being a romantic guy.) 4)Average cost of payments that you have on your bill. (Just a general amount, I don't need a specific date.) 5)Are they slack on carding for alcohol? I might need a lot of it. ![]() 6)Did any of this even make sense? |

Well I recently moved to Seattle. Seriously, anything you want to do, it's here. It's a big city, but it's clean and there are lots of nature. It still has a lot of natural beauty. Perfect blend of technology and trees. That's really what caught my eye when I first got here. It's not a forest of concrete like most big cities.
Also, the night life is incredible. Any kind of bar you'd want, its here. Lots of great casinos. Tons of great restaurants. Lots of live music always going on. And ladies, ladies, ladies. There's also tons of opportunities. Just about any job/career you'd want, you'll find it here. Oh, and they have a specialty weed here. It's called Seattle Super. Amazing stuff. The smoke here is top notch. I'm 20 too and I think everyone around our age is going through the same thing. I know I am. It's great that you want to change man, but I don't feel you need to apologize. If how you've acted is who you you are, then f*ck it, honestly. I act like an ass on here sometimes (or always in some peoples opinion) but how I act is me. I'm not going to change the way I act and what I say because of somebody on a forum's opinion of me. Sure, I'm here to make friends, and I've made close friends that I still talk to from years ago, but that's because they liked me for me. I feel too many people on this forum just post things because someone on here might think it's cool or they're trying to fit in or become popular. That's bullshit. But if you honestly feel like you need to change for yourself and no one else, then that's great. That shows maturity. Something this forum severely needs. I know I'm going in another direction entirely with this, and you probably don't care, but that's how I feel about it. |
