I have a friend I've given advice to for 3 years. Recently we agreed to hangout, and she gave me her number. It's a long distance. Just a few states from each other. So I made the effort to call and we talk more online than we do on the phone. She told me I have bad timing when I call, but she said it in a joking way. The other day I called. Her little sister picked up the phone. Then the sound got muffled, and the dial tone stopped. She told me she's really talkative in person, but idk..Should I take this personally?

^this is a good idea. i only talk to a few people on the phone for a decent amount of time but in person i'll talk to pretty much everyone i know for hours. it's just different on talking on the phone for some people.
