Definitely get gimp, it's free and there are a lot of tutorials for it.

broaden your choices, look for tutorials outside cb. a lot of myspace sites have tutorials on for photofiltre or w/e it is. I have but they are basically all the same. as everyone already mentioned or maynot have. im too lazy to scroll back through the posts they all have the same or very similar effects tone it down with the scan line pattern, i counted like 11 w/ scanlines. dont use it unless you can blend it in with the image good, because it just covers up the faces and stands out too much. ok, I just thought it looked good with scanlines on them so I put it on them but if not then I'll put less images with scanlines like you said. for watermarks, try to do it in a smaller, less obvious fashion so that you can still put your water mark on but it won't ruin the image with huge letters that distract the user. okay those are the most unobvious I have done so far so I'm still working on that. Definitely get gimp, it's free and there are a lot of tutorials for it. I had gimp and I thought it was harder to use but I'll try it again. |
