So I've been trying to read for the last hour, but I've been having a very difficult time concentrating; I've already had three cups of coffee, but I don't think caffeine has helped me (evar). I'm considering going out to find some vyvanse but I'd rather not spend money. What do you cbers do to help you concentrate when faced with some tedious task?

best thing to do is to take breaks inbetween. & not breaks like surfing the web. but work for an hour; then just step away - relax and take a glass of water. rest the mind for about ten minutes and starts again.

I was going to say this. Taking breaks is a good idea. Helps your brain relax. Are you having trouble anymore? |
