Friends Only? |

So i saw someone that had a "friends only" post but you could still see her post. She just made the first one "friends only" to add a few things about her... i wanna be able to have one post at the top but continue to have ones under it. I looked all over and couldn't figure out how but couldn't find the answer... can someone help me?
