change navigation colors |

you can change the color of some not all parts of the navigation. when you hover over a tab on the navigation, it drops down a list of links. how do you change those links text color (default blue)?

uhm in my coding when i change my link font colour it changes the nav colour, then i use my background technique to do the background colour,
so i sometimes have green font up there with lets say yellow background. |
