Bumping this because of new EP, Prospekt's March. I'm not making a new topic for that since it's redundant.
On the fly review: Life in Technicolor II - The lyric-adorned version of the original Life in Technicolor, is fabulous. Love the video as well. Postcards from Far Away - Piano. No vocals. Sounds pretty. You bet I will be looking for the sheet music for this and playing this within the week. Glass of Water - Wasn't sold at the beginning but continue listening and it's awesome, awesome. Was fooled by crappy beginning but chorus and other parts are intense and rhythmic; lurve. Rainy Day - not bad, violin parts are reminiscent of Viva la Vida which is cool. I like the little guitar bit in the middle. Prospekts March - if you miss Coldplay of Parachutes and A Rush of Blood to the Head, then this song is for you. Lost+ - Not much different from the original, except with the addition of Jay-Z. Lovers in Japan (Osaka Sun Mix) - meh. Sounds the same. Now My Feet Won't Touch the Ground - a line from Life in Technicolor II. Acoustic-guitar-y. SO reminiscent of "Til Kingdom Come" from X&Y. |
