DIV Positioning and Code help Options

I also don't know what dimensions to put for Left, Top, Winth, Height, etc. Can anyone help?

^I didn't understand that but anyway, try replacing your image code with this:

That should make the image centered horizontally. Just replace the 0 on the top property with however much pixels you want it to go down by from the top of the page. If that doesn't answer your question, please clarify it.
