So my cousin is dating one of my best friends and this weekend I had a party. My cousin hooked up with this girl at the party and my friend wasn't there. He was really drunk. So my question is do I tell my friend what happened or wait until she finds of from him or someone else??

yeah you should tell your cousin to tell your best friend. that isn't right, and even though he got wasted he shouldn't have done that. you best friend has a right to know, because what your cousin did was wrong. talk to your cousin about it, it'll help more (:
