Health issues..., I need to start working out

I need to start working out because I'm gaining weight by every second of my life. I need to but I do not know where to start. I always imagined by running around the tracks and stuff... Any additional comments? Like what sports I should do and then when I lose weight, which workout plan is good???

To lose weight, you have to burn off more calories than you intake. Eat at least five meals a day. Your blood sugar levels will be controlled and the enzymes that cause lipogenesis (fat production) will be produced in far smaller amounts. Each meal should be complete with macronutrients - protein, carbohydrates, fats - and micronutrients - vitamins and minereals - separated from one another by two to three hours. Here's a sample meal plan.

For cardio, do HIIT, which is interval training. You can slowly build up to it.

You should also keep up a strength routine, the type depending on what you have access to.
