be more specific? that isn't exactly a layout, it's an image. were you wondering how to make the image like that?
looks like someone took a starry background, and cut, blended, and colorized the different photos. the most i and probably anyone else can tell you is to experiment with your editing program to make something like this. but i may be wrong.
