Help with Banners, Banner Graphics |

I have been updating my website and would like to do a link excahnge of some sort such as adding banner and code to one page. I have a banner but it just seems to look awkward compaired to some I have seen. I have PSP and I use it but I dont know if I can use it to its potentail? Can anyone give me a few suggestions? It would be Greatly Appreciated. Also does anyone know of any good sites where I may use images and icons for free?

Is that your banner up there? The text & images look a bit fuzzy on the sides. It could use some sprucing up, tbh. Like Dee said, most Photoshop tutorials can be done in PS. We have a lot of tutorials here. Those will help out a lot. Also looking at the banners we have accepted may give you ideas. Hope I helped.
