How often do you do it?
I'm trying to go through ~30 days worth of music and its really hard for me. My friends gave me their external harddrives and I'm trying to sort through what I like and don't like, which sounds like it should be easy but it really isn't. There's a lot of stuff that I don't hate, but don't love, but think I could come to love, and I don't know what to do with those :( |

There's a lot of stuff that I don't hate, but don't love, but think I could come to love, and I don't know what to do with those :( I usually just delete what I don't listen to that much anymore (trying hard to be honest with myself), even though I'd prefer to have everything on my iPod incase I get the sudden urge to listen to something. But not enough space. :( I get these feelings all the time whenever I want to add new songs to my iPod, then find out that I need to delete old ones to make room. It's especially hard for me to decide which songs to clear out since I have a 1GB iPod Nano (yes, I have been meaning to get a more spacious MP3 player for a while now). There are a few hundred songs in my iTunes that I've kept either because of the "maybe I'll come to love this" and/or "what if I want to listen to this one day?" thoughts--I really can't bear to delete them. |
