Phở is a traditional Vietnamese thinly sliced meat and rice-noodle soup dish.
it might be acquired taste, but i grew up on this. it's not only my american friends that dislike it, as you can see, asians (tung) hate it too. it can't go wrong in my book because i love soup, noodles, and cilantro. if you are feeling adventurous, i suggest you try vietnamese coffee w/ condensed milk and summer/spring rolls. |
