What do you think of it?
vs xp who wins? Im not worried about speed so I like vista. WHich I never thought Id say. As my new vista computer gets old and slow I might put xp on it to speed it up. Thoughts? What are you running? Vista? Xp? OS X? Thoughts? |

I'm actually considering (don't laugh!) attempting to do a build from scratch type system. Nothing fancy, just something I want to do. So I've considered trying a window-less approach. I'll probably be picking some brains 6 months or so from now.
I'm still unclear as to how Ubunto (which is pretty appealing to me from what I've seen) will work with typical software, particularly gaming software. Won't happen anytime soon though, thankfully. PS, sorry to hijack the thread, just reminded me of this (2009) goal. :) |
