I was watching a show and they had a quote from American journal of psychiatry that girls who suffer from anxiety are twice as likely to develope and eating disorder as adults?

Is that really true? It seems a bit far fetched to me.

its just kinda scary to me. I have some anxiety problems and im also really skinny, i never worry about "omg im eating so much im going to get fat!" but i do definately want to get in shape? But not to where i want to loose weight and such.

Though i do get anxious when i eat in front of people, im always afraid they are judging on how i eat, thanks to the harassment i use to get in middle school.

Im more afraid of something happening in the future for me i guess and that statistic freaked me out a bit.
