THIS IS HOW I DO IT IN ANY PROGRAM AS LONG AS YOU WORK WITH LAYERS!
001. Have your base. 002. Make a new layer. 003. Fill the new layer with black. 004. Use the eraser tool, and just erase the parts to show your base image. You can go crazy or you can be creative. It really depends on how you want the blackout to look like. I should make a tutorial like this for createBlog. :) EXAMPLE example credit goes to collectherbones at LJ |
