^Yeah, most likely. She also could have done a new layer with a black blur or black gassiaun blur at 100% opacity. Then, she could have used an airbrushed edge eraser brush and erased what she wanted.
But I'm not entirely sure since I don't have Photoshop open. (lol, idk if I spelled "gassiaun blur" right.)
