How to create layouts?, MS Paint |

Yeah, I know it's basically impossible to do layouts on MS Paint, but I was thinking if I could get help that maybe it'd work? And how do I upload them and do the codes? I'm REALLY new at this, and I'd like to make Xanga layouts but...yeah. Any help? Please? And I edit my graphics using picnik.com

I know a guy that does some badass shit in mspaint. He also has a drawing tablet, but still.
I suggest using Gimp, or if you have the extra money, try Adobe Photoshop. The coding is the easy part. You can't have a creative block when you're coding. |
