I f*cked up my tires because I hit a huge pothole that was pretty much impossible to miss. The potholes around here are terrible and they only get worse with the thaw-and-freeze weather.

^ Do you live in Chicago or anywhere in Illinois? Because thats exactly how it is here. Every expressway always has construction, no matter what condition they're in. Its rediculous.

Nah, I'm just north of you, though.My Sociology teacher told me his theory on road construction here. He said that they must have ordered too many orange barrels, so they say that they are doing construction and put them out on the road and then just keep moving them around, because there's hardly ever anyone out there working and when they are done it looks the same. |
