I want to know how I can make a "download" link. Like when someone clicks on the image or text, a little window pops up asking if they want to open or save the file. I tried searching online but I don't understand it. Any help would be great. Thanks.

its just like any other link. The only extensions that will show a download box is .zip,.tar.gz, or .psd. Just make is like any other link example
