Hi! I am new to making my own layouts and all I need to know is if there is a free photo editing program that I can use so can anybody help me out! Thanks!

Gimp is awesome. You can use PS brushes on Gimp 2.4+ There are lots of tuts etc for it now. It's pretty much the same as PS but free. I <3 it. :L |
