Art Is Amor is my site name not just my screen name. Since I was a little girl, I have been the biggest art geek I know. I loved it all. Painting sculpting dance, song, poetry, printing, graphics - EVERYTHING.
I always had a motto "Art Is Love" but it sounded too boring to be a site name. So I thought, okay, Im Latina, why the hell not put "Amor"? BAMMM! Art Is Amor was "born" in March 2003. I started off doing "dollz" at my old site. (http://artisamor.awardspace.com) Then i was on MySpace seeing all these sites n thought I could SOOOOOO do that so I decide to do graphics for people to actually use... How did you sites get your start?

Someone helped me with my name. I started out on bebo making skins / edits etc (Still to) So first I just had my name "JanaFHayes" (Don't stalk me :L )
Then I wanted to be AWESOME and have a name with designs at the end. But my name was pretty lame. So someone said "well whats your fav color" I said Blue.. So they said "Blue crush" then we talk etc. thinking of words to fit between "Blue" and "Designs" Till I came up with "BlueRageDesigns" Which I don't like now. Because there is someone out there who has "BlueRage" For log in's etc. So if I want sn's for edting sites etc I have to use the full thing. :L ANYWAY. that;s how I got my name. :L |
