I couldn't use the pen tool, it's way confusing. However I tried by taking a basic brush and drawing a curve like wave, but I don't understand this...
I duplicate the layer and I put on the first a stroke. Then I'm trying with the wave effect to make it like that, but the whole image is getting like a wave. I tried with a brush, but it doesn't seems well. Any other ideas? |
