You're right, they're not funny. They're hysterically funny, original, creative, clever and refreshing. While you are only stating a tired, stale cliche that dates back to the 1960's... talk about dead, tired and outdated. Then look at the definition of sexism:

sex-ism 

–noun
1. attitudes or behavior based on traditional stereotypes of sexual roles.
2. discrimination or devaluation based on a person's sex, as in restricted job opportunities; esp., such discrimination directed against women.

Neither one of those posters are stereotyping women or devaluating them based on gender. They are judging them strictly on their character (or I should say complete lack of). You've prob been using that word for so long like a brainwashed, monotone robot you've forgotten what it really means.
